We provide a five-year, parts and related labor warranty on our entire line of high quality communications equipment. Considering the industry standard is only one year for parts and labor, you may ask how do we do this?

Second, our warranty is fully underwritten by AAA+ Insurance Companies and administered by DATACOM Warranty Corporation (DWC). Standard Tel Networks is part of DWC’s elite nationwide network of communications dealers who have pooled resources and risks to offer you this extraordinary warranty.

 

• A full five-year parts and associated labor warranty from the date of installation on all major components (cabinets, power supplies, circuit boards, telephones, and voice mail systems). Please note that there is a $50 per incident deductible if you are not covered by our Comprehensive Customer Care Program.

 

• Five-year primary insurance protection against electrical surges or lightning damage. Coverage is for the full amount of your system cost.
